Terrapin Academy

A school that is a full service boarding school used to train kids with powers and abilities not found in normal humans funded by the government to help prevent villains, and used to take students with powers and train them how to properly and responsibly use them. Those with Powers do have lore and legends of their own, the most notable one about a set of horns that when worn will grant the user no drawbacks to their power.

And thats where our story begins. Some Students believe there is validity to this legend and seek it out in order to either better help others or themselves, or for another reason entirely. Little do they know while the Legend is true, it is not without it's danger.
