Tilly's Sexual Institution

Don't ask how we managed to contact you. We just know certain things that....well, fit into a certain idea of ours. A dear friend of mine, Tilly, built an Asylum, you see, made to satisfy those certain desires, that you oh so definitely just seem to need quenched. Don't worry, you're not the only person reading this letter. In fact, they've been sent just about everywhere, attracting those with that certain need, all over the globe. We wish to see that this letter gets to you, and you decide to come and pay a visit to our Sexual Institution, of sorts. When you arrive, simply check in with our head of security and get your patient number identified, along with the cell you'll be assigned to. If you got this letter and the first part didn't strike you, then it's because we would like you to know that the Institution is also hiring. We need guards and simple workers to keep everything running somewhat smoothly around here.
