Rock Bottom 28+ is a new mental health friend-support server focused on sharing our problems with others and making new friends! We also support personal growth like coping skills, moving forward, healing methods and improving our situations. We accept everyone 28 years old and over. We are a new server created to bring some “senior” discord members together to support each other and make new friends!
We currently feature: Self-Assignable Roles, General and topic chats, Support and venting chats. With more to come in the future!
