Sins of Tokyo

There is a legend in Tokyo that says those who are killed may be reborn into a being called a Sin without a trace of ever being injured or rather killed.. No one understands if this phenomenon is true or not but it has been thought that these beings known as a Sin bare quite powerful abilities and thus worthy of experimentation. As such there has been officials of the government who seek to collect people who may possess the curse of a sin, if successful in capturing a sin then inhuman experiments are taken place to see what causes such a phenomenon.
Those who escape the experiments are left scarred from the surgeries that took place on their canvas of a body. A blank forsaken spirit best represents these beings for they are doomed to lose emotion as time ticks.. With this in mind the sins cherish anything and everything in hopes they can keep a hold of whatever humanity they have left.. But soon find out it was all in vain..
