The Economy always has its high and low points... But they are never this bad. There are so many homeless children that they began to form gangs in order to stay alive, and those gangs did what any gang would do. They got what they needed from wherever they pleased. Now, with fear of the Children gangs rising, The government is forced to turn over the problem to the scientists, who have just the plan to fix it. Although, nothing good ever happens when you give scientists a chance to experiment on humans..
