The Struggle
As someone that struggles from multiple mental illnesses, the holidays can be extremely difficult to get through. Many (like myself) struggle all year long. I have created a discord server that brings us together through chat, gaming, venting, and getting to know each other that go through similar struggles.
#discord at https://discord.gg/EV3h6xh
I know that there are many people out there that you can talk to, I just want everyone to know that no one is truly alone no matter what that voice in your head says. Feel free to join the discord at the above link or dm me directly.
