You can create Unlimited voice channels in the server for personal tryouts and recruitment (They're private and can be locked and hidden using simple commands),
Or just chill with your friends,
Self promotion channel available after 500 members in the server

Currently we're hosting only Scrims (Because of PMIS)
Paid matches will be hosted if requested by server members,

Do you need Unlimited Private voice-channels for clan or PMIS crew recruitment tryouts?
The Voice channels have linked text channels too

you need not add the newbie as a friend and again create a group on discord or you need not create a server and separately add permissions to the channels created for the sake of tryout.

Everything is automated and if any issue arises then it will be taken care of by our server admins.
