each member will get a role depending on their behavior and activity
if you are a bad member (not following rules etc.) you will get gulag role,if you continue to disbehave
you will be muted for a temporary time,if you still disbehave it will lead to a kick or a ban,
if you want a certant role (your choice or admin) you must ask the leader for the designated tole thank you
