Inspire: Support & Growth for BPD

Inspire is a support server for those who have Borderline Personality Disorder and wish to have an uplifting & wholesome place to gather with like-minded individuals whose goal is to work towards their recovery with BPD/EUPD. We focus on healthy skills, most of which are DBT skills.

We have a weekly Group over voice where we learn & talk about DBT skills and healthier coping skills. We also do weekly Wellness Check-Ins for everyone to see where they are at that week, along with weekly Gratitude & Accomplishments, Question of the Day and more!
