Nobody has the right to hurt one another, psychically or mentally. If you are for rascism, you shall be banned instantly. You can not start a party unless you have 10 people. If you are considered being rude for any reason. You shall be muted, and investiaged. You may not make any decrees on changing theese laws, unless you have 50 people to start a vote. Thoose 50 people must all vote yes in a private vote, and it will be changed. Free-speech means you can say what you want but no using racial slurs.
