A list of factions are.. Storm Shelter Dwellers: A Scavenger Faction based in a Bunker in South West Anaheim, They are operated by John Moore and 'Scavenger' They have both appeared in NOLA in the Recent Battles and the size of the Bunker is unknown to people outside the bunker. Though their Entrance is highly Secure and cannot be broken into with Basic Equipment, At least 4 people are needed to break in.
