secret serum called "Lazarus-29", meant to cure all disease... end world hunger... well, that's at least what was sold by information to us all.. many got sick...
many died... but most... came back...
Only their cognitive functions exist. Thirst, and hunger flamed their instincts, all but leaving a shell of their former
selves. The lust for blood runs thru ever facet of their soulless bodies.
Survivors are at their lowest, clawing their way into their former societies, hoping only to rebuild just a fraction of what use to be called home. Now we
