Dragon Ball Universe is set 1,000 years after the Dragon Ball Z story, you can create any character you so wish (except for Canon Characters... although that should be a given), make sure to read the rules and information tab before you do though. You can become a famous hero across the galaxy or become its most feared tyrant, any path you take will alter the universe, for better or for worse.
