dystopian wasteland

After a nuclear explosion the sourding area has become wastland and everything has died almost everything that is but some things survived like underground bases or underground labs. Or very strong structures. The wasteland is bare and cold but can be very toxic in the area in some parts but not everywhere. And some people have decided to scavenge these places and make somethings useful out of them such as weapons or really cool cars.
