A: Universal Gamers is almost known as a perfect server for the best gaming experience & communicate with each other and makes new friends. we have a bunch of channels for you to have some fun. 03. Why is channels are locked for me?
A: Well, it's not locked only for you. we locked those channels to announce special news and make something simply work. and each other voice channels were locked because those channels are private. only staff members can join one of those.

04. How may I change my nickname?
A: Right-click to server icon in the server list. and their must have a bar called Change nickname you can press it and change your own nickname.
