It was around 2017 when things started to change. President Caldwell had just gotten into office and things were currently peaceful for the most part. Or atleast we thought. We're not at all sure how or when it started, but the signs were there. Black helicopters in the sky, Random maulings and hospitals becoming mass graves... Some were confused but most of everyone just continued on with our daily lives. Then came E-Day as they called it, the day that marked the end. A strange pathogen started to pass and as people succumbed to death, they would seem to rise and become thirsty for flesh, blood, and bones of the living. Everyone was infected but symptoms only showed up in death, so every car accident, heart attack, suicide, you name it... It just boosted the numbers. Eventually, the scale tipped
