Peregrine

In the country of Peregrine lies two cities: the Land of Creation whom on their land have rich soil and the Land of the Protected who live on inhabitable lands. The Creators had no possible way to defend themselves, and so their symbiotic relationship began. The Creators would aid in distributing food while the Protectors kept Peregrine's peace and protected citizens from the creatures that lurk outside their walls. It has been years since there's been major conflict between both lands until the Creators manufactured a new drug that allowed them to gain unnatural abilities. To counteract, the Protectors managed to create a far more powerful, but unstable form of the drug. The two social classes are at a divide. Dark forces and suppressed betrayal are bubbling to the surface. Uncovered history is coming to light and new technological advances threaten the balance.
