The Blackhand is a roblox rp neon district criminal organization consisting of Slum dwellers and people from rough backgrounds trying to make a name for themselves in the hard neon city The Blackhand main focus is money and lots of it doing petty thefts around the back alleys of neon city and protection deals with local shops and high corporate members in an effort to take back the city they believe they own from the watch and its oppressive ways in almost terriost like attacks on them
