I've started the discord as a place for people that want to talk, learn, brag/share or discuss everything related to fishing in Australia.

I personally have only just started fishing again in early 2022 after not fishing since my childhood 30 odd years ago. So I've spent a lot of time on google and YouTube looking for answers to my 98985805 questions.

While there is plenty of info on learning to fish etc. in general online, I've actually found it quite hard to find specific info for the places I fish and what rods or rig or bait or even how much bait to use etc.

I've looked at fishing forums ,reddit and any other related sites that might have what I want and while some have a lot of good info, there is not a lot better than hearing directly from the guys who were out there yesterday (or today) about what exactly is working for them.
