Rockwood: A New Beginning

Welcome to Rockwood.
A Californian city wrapped in a peculiar enigma, resides a majority of Earth’s most eccentric residents and students. They are called Altered. Other-worldly creatures, a human with a special power, a monster of legend, you name it. They could range from the most beautiful creatures to abominable beings.
The main school, Rockwood High, seeks to control, maintain, and preserve these unique individuals so that they may learn the fullest extent of their powers in complete harmony.
The faculty can’t account for outside influences, however...
