The server is set in a near future scenario after an EMP, bringing endless rain and poor weather for almost 100 years. Four control groups reign over the anarchy, hunting the cult known as the "Witnesses" who are kidnapping and killing people, and are said to have witnessed the EMP. If you decide to join, enjoy some hopefully literate RP with cults, monsters, military and the like!
