This is a semi-vanilla Minecraft Server.
It's vanilla with some quality of life plugins!
The most important plugin is Lifesteal.

Lifesteal: Whenever you kill somebody you gain an additional Heart, and whenever you die you lose a Heart in addition to this you can craft your own Hearts.

Homes: This plugins allows you to set a home at any place!
By typing /sethome (name) you can set a home and you can return to it by doing /home (name). Max number of homes: 5.

Teams: You can create your own team which allows you to do many things, such as creating a Team Home which allows any team member to come to the team home! The team plugin allows you to customize everything about your team.
