Officially called the Singing Symphony Club, it is actually known as the Moaning Symphony Club by employees and patrons who have experienced what is actually happening when one is willing to pay the right price. Founded by the High Melody Triad, the Club’s clientele is as varied as the number of existing species in this world.

Honest to god citizens that accumulated enough wealth to visit the establishment, mafia bosses, or any other kind of criminals, all are counted among the patrons. Whether the employees are here out of their own will or not is often a mystery and especially when it comes to the “VIP Concert”, a special and regular event where the owners sell their employees (and some willing patrons) as pets during private auctions.
