How does the ‘Discord Politics’ Server work?

We are a political server with a twist. All our rules, legislation, events etc, are passed by a fully democratically voted in parliament.

Every eight months, a new party is voted in. This is our General Election.
The parties consist of:
The Conservative Party,
The Liberal Party,
The Communist Party,
The Fascist Party,
The Nationalist Party.
I, Calder, am the Leader of the Conservative Party and I represent the Conservative Party as the Parliamentary Permanent Speaker of House.

When a party is voted in, the Leader of the Party will become Prime Minister. He/She will then put together a Cabinet.
Our Cabinet Roles Consist of:
Secretary of Internal Affairs,
Secretary of Events,
Secretary of Server Partnerships,
Secretary of Rules and Regulations.
