Lab rats

The year is 2025 the world has not evolved much in its technology, or so we think. The government has got a group of expert scientists to hold out experiments in making hybrid people. Their plan is to use these experiments as weapons in war, so far their subjects have been very successful, the government comes round from time to time to check on the scientists and subjects to see how long it will take before we can use them in action.

These hybrid subjects are made out of anything from natural elements to animals, the victims of the experiments did not sign up for it they were most likely bated into doing it. They have made sure this place his heavily fortified so that no one knows anything about this place.
