In 1943, The Institute For Anomalous Minors was established in order to protect the outside world from mass destruction again. They trained the children capable of it to become normal members of society, or military weapons. Either or works, really.

Now in the present day, the kids may even enjoy their lives there. I mean, they have no other place to go, right? That's their home until their Departure Day at nineteen years of age.
But that doesn't mean the school hasn't kept up its legacy of secrecy. Inside the walls of that school are hundreds of children with abilities humanity isn't ready for. Power that could tear the world into pieces if not managed. What could go wrong?
