Hi there, and welcome to Grim Boundaries!

Grim Boundaries is a casual, nation-based roleplaying server set in a unique Victorian-esque fantasy world. Built upon the ashes of a fallen empire, your nation must guide itself through a rapidly changing world as new technologies and ideologies shift into view, whilst the remnants of the old powers slowly begin to return to the world, and a deathly danger looms in the north.

The priority here is story-telling, not competition, and we seek active community members who are good sports and bring interesting new ideas to our world.

We are more focused on setting your nation up and getting you started in roleplay than dealing with any tiny intricacies of mechanics such as military numbers and economics. Although both aspects reside in this roleplay, not as much as you may see in other nation roleplays.
