The year is 2005.
Located in an undisclosed area of Monarch, of Linvile, it is a city hidden from the rest the world.
It is here that the United Nations place those with special abilities, to hide them from the rest of the world in fear of them going rampant or them being used to start devastating wars all around the globe.
Because of these fears, anyone who even attempts to leave this containment zone will be met with imprisonment or death.

The people in the containment zone find themselves naming it 'City Z'. Perhaps this it was named this because of their new generation, or because it was a prison of sorts.
With the governments of the world left to watch over the city. the people of City Z have began to make their own industrial ecosystem.
Many have made their own businesses, while some have even created gangs or rebellions.
One thing remains relevant, though.*
