Here in the City of Noxus, things are like clockwork... Day in and day out, everything is the same and the unknown face they call our ‘mayor’ is an absolute dictator.

Systems in Noxus are not fair. The poor typically stay the poor and the rich seem always to find a way to leach off of those who work for our community. The worst part about all of this is that we can never leave... They want to keep us here to use us and leach off of our labors while they sit pretty in their palaces, watching while we slave away and suffer.
