It is the year 2018 in Gotham City and the nightlife and crime is as ripe as ever. Through the darkness of Gotham, the rise of the gang life has swept through all the cracks of Gotham controlling almost everything, hardly any business remains where corruption isn't involved.
Along with the gangs that seem to never rest, other villains terrorise the general public, each living to their own morals, playing by their own rules, they feed on destruction and corruption of the city.
The only hope for the people of Gotham are the masked vigilante that roam the streets, correcting wrong and the efforts of James Gordon and the GCPD.
