Following a group of strangers through the desolate remains of the East Coast, destroyed after military efforts to reduce the spread of a mysterious virus rendered it uninhabitable.

One day, after keeping ensuring their survival for 6 months straight, the survivors are approached by a messenger, delivering them a letter. The contents lead them to embark on a journey out of state, in search of more survivors. Will they succeed in this journey, or will they end up..
