Hello Welcome to Rothbard's Apartment! This server is dedicated to discussion of the legal theory known as “Rothbardianism” more commonly referred to as “Anarcho-capitalism”. Rothbardianism is a legal theory that states because all means are scarce, man can come into conflicts over the use of these scarce means. The just owner of the scarce resource that has come into conflict is the non-aggressor while the conflict initiator is the aggressor, and that man need’s universal conflict avoiding norms.
