What is Impending Bloom? Impending bloom is a progressive, social investing platform on a mission to change how consumers understand value. We aspire to nurture a future in which the value derived from information is harnessed by members of our community in order to create social benefits for all. How? Our business is centered around responsible investing, through the use of two mechanisms, ESG reporting and a political ideology map. These tools provide our network of analysts a framework to submit reviews and sentiments for the most profitable publicly traded companies in the US. Our work acts as a layer of transparency between customers and corporations. Who? We are a community of concerned citizens, well aware of the dangers and consequences that come with conventional investing platforms. We represent the environmental and social waves of change that are developing in the capital markets. Why? Our goal is to empower our users, so that they may make investing decisions based on unbiased stories, written by concerned users just like them. We encourage users to share their passion for creating positive social impact with us. We want to build this community because there is untapped potential inside the connections we have yet to make and stories we have yet to hear. When and where?
